Rúhíyyih Khánum’s actions and the Bahá’í administration

Denial of Internation Baha’i Council’s (IBC) Status:

• Rúhíyyih Khánum denied the status and authority of the IBC and its head, instead emphasized the authority of the Hands of the Cause who were members of the IBC. She allegedly fabricated a separate body for these Hands.
• The “Ministry of the Custodians” is described as evidence of dishonesty and deceit by Rúhíyyih Khánum and the Hands who followed her.
• The Bahá’í administration assumed that Shoghi Effendi did not appoint a successor.
